Doctrine and manual launching and its subsequent presentation to office/unit beneficiaries were the highlights as the Air Power Institute (API) celebrated its 8th Foundation Anniversary today. The simple anniversary program was held this morning at the Officer’s Clubhouse in Fernando Air Base. Lt Gen Oscar H Rabena AFP was Guest of Honor and Ms. Jocelyn Rabena was Special Guest. |
