Pines View Hotel, Baguio City -27 Feb 2010 - At a dinner reception for the forty-five (44) PMA Masidlak Class 2010 members who will join the Air Force after graduation, Air Force Chief, Lt GenOscar H Rabena AFP (left) presents a facsimile of a month's salary of an Air Force Lieutenant to Cadet Eraño B Belen (right) of Dumaguete City, this year's top recruit of the PAF. Other items presented were complete sets of uniform and service firearm.
